Convenient location for US consulate, helpful and kind staff, comfortable and clean rooms, excellent breakfast. Spacious room with refreshment, welcoming sweets and flipflops provided. Soundproofing could be improved. Smooth check-in process, pleasant staff, coffee machine in room. Appreciated the safety measures. Quiet neighborhood, major mall and grocery store within walking distance. Reliable and cheap Uber transportation. Near TransAmerica exhibition centre.

We loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, including helping us with work-related conference calls in a quiet area. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The location was perfect, with shopping, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious with modern furniture. The shower, although tiny, had good water pressure. The AC worked well and the internet connection was strong. The location was convenient, close to the airport and consulate. The staff was helpful and the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was kind and helpful, making it easy for me to communicate in English. The hotel is close to the Transamerica exhibition center, convenient for me as I was attending an exhibition. It is also within walking distance of restaurants and bars, providing plenty of dining options. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the breakfast served was delicious.
